With extensive experience in GPI training, soft skills enhancement, leadership development and organisational behaviour, Dr. Bhagat has trained thousands of students, teachers, principals and professionals across Madhya Pradesh.
An alumnus of Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi, he holds a Master’s degree in International Relations, an MBA with dual specialization in Human Resource Management and Marketing, and a Ph.D. in Political Science & International Relations from Barkatullah University. He further enriched his academic repertoire through professional certifications, including the Lead Auditor Certification in Quality Management Systems (IRCA-UK) and advanced learning & training at IIT Kharagpur in Business Communication.
Dr. Bhagat’s career reflects a seamless blend of academic and administrative excellence. Beginning in 2000, he has progressed to senior academic roles at BU, while also serving as Dean of Students’ Welfare and contributing extensively to student development, training, and placement activities. His teaching record spans a wide range of subjects—International Politics, Comparative Studies, Research Methodology, Human Resource Systems, Managerial Processes, and Entrepreneurship—all delivered with consistently excellent student evaluations.
Beyond the classroom, Dr. Bhagat has been instrumental in institution-building. As Chief Consultant, he established the Swami Vivekananda College of Science & Technology and the Renaissance Divine Public School, successfully steering them through the processes of affiliation, accreditation, and resource mobilization. His consultancy assignments have generated resources worth over ₹18 crores, enabling the development of quality-driven educational institutions in Madhya Pradesh.

His practice spans across High Courts, District & Sessions Courts, Debt Recovery Tribunals, RERA, Labour Courts, Consumer Forums, Arbitration Tribunals, NGT, Lokayukta, and Family Courts.
Renowned as a skilled mediator, exceptional negotiator, and persuasive legal strategist, Dr. Bhagat has successfully argued and defended high-stake matters, including arbitration cases under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 across multiple states. He has served as Standing Counsel for leading corporates, defended institutions before regulatory bodies such as AICTE, and represented top banking and infrastructure companies in complex disputes.
