The programme begins at 10:00 A.M. with a session on Identifying Areas of Weak Communication, enabling students to assess their existing communication patterns and areas requiring improvement. A short tea break follows from 11:15 A.M. to 11:30 A.M.
Training resumes from 11:30 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. with a comprehensive module on Verbal Communication with special reference to Oral Presentation, focusing on clarity, organization, and delivery techniques. Participants then break for lunch from 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M.
Post-lunch, from 2:00 P.M. to 3:15 P.M., students engage in practical exercises to enhance verbal communication, applying learned methods through interactive drills. After a tea break from 3:15 P.M. to 3:30 P.M., the programme continues with a session on Dyadic Communication from 3:30 P.M. to 4:45 P.M., emphasizing one-to-one communication, active listening, and interpersonal engagement. The day concludes with post-training interactions from 4:45 P.M. to 5:00 P.M., allowing participants to exchange feedback and clarify queries.

Training continues from 11:30 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. with a session on Removing the Dilemma between Body Symbols and Verbal Notes, helping participants understand how to align non-verbal cues with spoken communication to avoid mixed signals and increase clarity. The programme begins at 10:00 A.M. with a session on Identifying the Interpersonal Message, where participants explore how thoughts, emotions, and intentions are conveyed during interactions. This is followed by a tea break from 11:15 A.M. to 11:30 A.M.
Training resumes from 11:30 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. with an insightful module on Demarcation of Aggressive, Passive, and Assertive Behavioural Traits. Students learn to recognize these styles, understand their impact on communication, and appreciate the benefits of assertive behaviour. A lunch break is scheduled from 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M.
Post lunch, from 2:00 P.M. to 3:15 P.M., the programme focuses on Building a Positive Attitude through Communication, helping participants cultivate confidence, empathy, and constructive expression in their interactions. Post lunch, from 2:00 P.M. to 3:15 P.M., the programme covers Decision-Making, Delegation, and Scheduling, helping students understand key managerial skills that employers value during interviews. This is followed by a tea break from 3:15 P.M. to 3:30 P.M.
The final session, from 3:30 P.M. to 4:45 P.M., focuses on Self-Management vs. Time Management, equipping students with strategies to prioritize tasks, manage stress, stay organized, and maintain professional discipline—skills that directly influence interview performance and workplace effectiveness.
